    We are looking for a Shop Helper that will work in conjunction with multiple departments to complete tasks for our fabrication facility while also working on special projects, routine building and grounds maintenance as well as cross-training in other areas of the production departments.

    Responsibilities: Assist in the upkeep of preventative maintenance schedule for equipment and machinery

    Help associates in multiple departments in ensuring the production floors and work areas have met cleanliness meet standards of the company

    Complete building and grounds maintenance on the fabrication facility neighboring office building and campus

    Work on special maintenance and department projects as needed

    Assist in loading and unloading products from production equipment

    Willing to clean and remove slag from production machines (this process ensures machines are operable and are functioning properly)

    Maintain and assist in cleanliness and organization of the building

    Credentials Needed:

    1+ years of manufacturing experience within a similar environment

    Familiarity with safety precautions in a manufacturing environment

  • Lead Welder---pays 22.00-27.00 per hour

    Job Description:

    The Lead Welder directly supervises those in the Welding Department. All personnel issues should be brought to the attention of the HR Department and/or the Production Manager. This position also assists in various management decision-making, including matters of hiring, organizational development, and in the event that disciplinary action is needed will consult with the Production Manager. The Lead Welder is responsible for independently managing varied tasks and projects. The Lead Welder is expected to be in good standing with attendance, work overtime hours, have strong blueprint reading skills, travel, and have strong interpersonal skills

    1. Reads and interprets Engineering documents.

    2. Lays out parts and fits them up.

    3. Proficient in MIG and arc welding methods and techniques to fabricate product.

    4. Welds in a variety of positions including flat, vertical, and overhead.

    5. Visually inspects work to ensure quality standards have been met, completes rework as needed.

    6. Operates a hand torch, hand plasma torch, material handling equipment, and job clocking system.

    7. Adheres to safety rules and regulations and assesses tasks for hazards prior to beginning work.

    8. Assists on product installations and cross-training into other departments.

    9. Uses a barcode scanning system to accurately clock in and out of jobs.

    10. Maintains equipment, tools, and tidiness of department, reports all inventory shortfalls.

    11. Assists in projects such as inventory counting and in-house jobs.

    12. Remains knowledgeable of all Company products and policies.

    13. Always adheres to all safety protocols including wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and encourages other Associates to do so.

    Field Work and Travel:

    Travels continentally performing job duties offsite including outdoors and mine sites.

    Completes all necessary travel documentation including daily reports, expense reports, attendance reports, etc.

    Assists other associates in vetting outside fabricators when asked.

    Communicates prudent information regularly and professionally to the customer and to the office.

    Assists in field work including product installations, product commissioning, and warranty work.

    Credentials Needed:

    4-year degree in a program or major relative to the position OR 2-year degree with 2-years of related experience OR high school diploma or general education equivalent and 4-years of related experience.

    Familiarity with current & sound safety practices.

    Familiarity with welding and production feasibility.

    Demonstrated abilities in blueprint reading and various welding skills (dual shield, overhead, out of position, etc.).

    Willingness to accommodate planned travel for training, product installations, warranties, check-ins, vendor vetting, etc.

    Ability to represent the Company in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.

    Job Description:

    We are looking for a Material Handler that will work with the Production Supervisor and other Associates to move steel, product and other items as needed to work centers per request. This role also works to verify inventory and maintain an organized layout and safe work environment

    Responsibilities:

    Pulls individual parts, material, and steel per request of supervisor or Associates

    Completes material handling functions as needed, e.g., bringing materials into the building, operating a fork truck

    Operates a overhead crane if needed

    Reports any inventory shortfalls to direct supervisor

    Completes daily pickup of area and remains responsible for cleanliness of work area

    Maintains all equipment and tools

    Adheres to all safety protocols including always wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

    Remains willing and able to cross-train and float into other positions of the Production Department as requested

    We have an opportunity for a Fitter Welder who will take finished product from the Torch, Press, and Machine Shop Departments and read prints to fit together and weld assemblies. Each product designed and manufactured is customized and made to order so you wont be stuck working on the same thing each day. Will primarily use flat MIG wire and out of position dual shield. All welding is done without fixturing and thickness of material generally runs 3/16" to 5/8".

    Responsibilities:

    MIG and dual shield welding

    Welding from a variety of positions, e.g. flat, vertical, and overhead

    Visually inspecting quality of work

    Grinding out inferior quality welds and reworking as needed

    Reading and interpreting prints, assembly drawings, and Bill of Materials

    Performing material handling operations as needed (training available)

    Operating a hand torch and hand plasma torch

    Cross-training to assist in other departments as needed

    Clocking to jobs using a barcode scanning system

    Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the department

  • Essential Duties/Responsibilities

    Complete or assist applicants in filling out the application form for housing, including move-ins, move-outs, and transfers.

    Verify applicants’ financial status and expenses.

    Perform background checks on applicants.

    Assist in organizing and/or carrying out recreational/social programs for residents, as directed by the Site Manager.

    Perform general clerical/receptionist functions such as preparing notices to residents, answering phones, and greeting office visitors.

    Respond to inquiries about the development.

    Compile and maintain records and files.

    Assist in compiling monthly operating statements and/or other reports as directed by the Site Manager.

    Assist in developing and maintaining a waiting list of potential applicants for housing.

    Assist in updating emergency cards and family information on all residents.

    Act in absence of the Site Manager, as directed.

    Visually monitor the property for safety, cleanliness, and adherence management rules and report all problems and/or concerns to the Site Manager.

    Maintain guidance of HUD rules and regulations.
