The Whole EnchilLotta Hills Trail Challenge

This is it people -the one you’ve been waiting for, or dreading. The best and worst time you’ve ever had, at the same time. A 26+ mile trail run/walk/hike/crawl, starting at Singing Woods Nature Preserve and ending on the Peoria River Front, at the doors of the River Station.

It’s a combination of trails in Singing Woods, Camp Wokanda, Robinson Park North and South, Detweiller, Forest Park, Grandview Drive, Peoria Greenway/Rock Island Trail and the Peoria Riverfront Trail .

You can start anytime you’d like, but at least for the 7am starters -I’ll have maps to hand out and some tips and goodies. There will be some trail magic scattered along the way as well. Currently -the fastest known time record is 4:20 for running it , and a few have hiked it around 12 hours. If you’d like to assist in any way-cheerleader roles, trail magic, etc-let us know! It should be a horribly fun day. If rain is eminent, it might be bumped to the next day, otherwise-all systems go!

Cost-just your , swear and tears.
Awards-All finishers get bragging rights, sore legs and a great story for Monday around the office cooler.

If anyone is interested in sponsoring in any way, shape or form-maybe we can even get some swag or real awards (fastest/slowest time/best costume-it is close to Halloween , why not.
