BrightBird is the brainchild and passion project of Chef Joshua Lanning. Growing up on Southern-style dishes like Southern-Fried Chicken, Josh fell in love with creating simple, yet incredibly delicious food, packed with intense flavor. From that inspiration, Josh dreamed up a crispy chicken sandwich that he is excited to share with all of you! BrightBird Chicken Sandwich Shop was created to be fun, energetic and evoke feelings of nostalgia. It is our special combination of ingredients and proprietary "Bird Dust" seasoning blend that make BrightBird sandwiches so special. Inspired by Japanese Karashi (Mustard) and Josh's dad’s own BBQ sauce, our "Bird Dust" was created to give your mouth and head a rush!
